At the lecture correctly pointed out, a university should consider access to information a priority. The basis of the entire education system is this access to information. And how does a pair of knee-length pants threaten the safety of a library's resources?
A university should understand that respect is more about how we behave than how we look. A hard-working student wearing jeans is better than a lazy student wearing a uniform.
