Project Management Plan.
The task the PM, once mobilized, is to work the owner and the designer in defining and documenting the project requirements. This documentation should be prepared by the PM in narrative form outlining the plant an strategy for willing those requirements, and normally goes to the owner for review and approval. This is also the document against which the final performance of the project team can be evaluated and the success of the project judged. Therefore it is critical that it be written so it is properly understood and interpreted at the outset by all learn members.
