4. IDEF0 MODELING OF LOGISTICS PARK
4.1 A0-Logistics Park
As mentioned above, the Logistics Park system can be
further broken down into four sub-level IDEF0
diagrams (numbered from A1 to A4): general logistics
activities, fourth part logistics services, related social
services and merchandise exhibition & wholesaling (as
shown in Fig.3).
These four sub-functions are categorized by attributes
and functional similarities. They are limited connected
to each other according to personnel and information
sharing.
As Logistics Park system is sophisticated, each
sub-function in A0 can be decomposed by creating its
child diagram, each creating another lower-level child
diagram, we will just select the core sub-function,
general logistics activities, as the example to draw the
detailed diagrams. The hierarchical decomposed
diagrams of general logistics activities are in section
4.2.
