WAIVER OF FURTHER DISCLOSURE IN PREMARITAL AGREEMENT
John Edward Dennen and Wanlaya Maliwan are planning to be married in 2015. In
contemplation of our marriage, we are negotiating a Premarital Agreement. As required by
Fam. Code §1615 (a)(2)(B), we are providing the attached Exhibit B and Exhibit A listing our
respective separate property and financial obligations.
It is understood that the figures and amounts listed in Exhibit B and Exhibit A are intended to be
reasonably accurate and do not differ substantially from what each believes is correct as to his or
her property. It is further understood that no appraisals have been done on any of the properties
for purposes of the Premarital Agreement. We agree that the foregoing disclosures are not an
inducement to enter into the Premarital Agreement, nor do they constitute any consideration for
the Premarital Agreement. We agree that we would marry each other and enter into the
Premarital Agreement regardless of the nature, extent, and value of each other's assets, liabilities,
income, or expenses, and regardless of any financial arrangements for the benefit of either by the
other.
Each of us hereby offers the other the opportunity to examine any and all of the books and
records controlled by him or her. Therefore, no error, omission, or inaccuracy in any of the
disclosures made in this Premarital Agreement or in Exhibit B and Exhibit A shall create any
legal right in favor of either of us, nor shall any such error, omission, or inaccuracy constitute
grounds for any legal remedy by either against the other including, but not limited to,
challenging the validity or enforceability of the forthcoming Premarital Agreement.
In addition, John has annual income of ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) from employment as a
professor and twenty-one thousand six hundred dollars ($21,600) from retirement. Wanlaya has
annual income of fourteen thousand four hundred dollars ($14,400) from ownership of business.
