survey on uniforms for staff of overseas subsidiaries
Group employee uniforms were updated for employees in Japan in 2014 as part of the Premium Brand Project.
In line with this, we have also established a plan to update staff uniformsat overseas subsidiaries.This plan was explained at a meeting of accounting employees assigned to overseas subsidiaries,held on October 22.As a next step, we would like to request your cooperation with a fact finding survey on current uniform conditions.

1. It is requested that the following items be filled out on the attached survey form.
① What staff uniforms are currently used, if any, and their type, manufacturer and the quantity provided per year.
② The type and manufacturer of any items that were produced for conventions or exhibitions and then subsequently used as alternative uniforms.
