By 5PM EST on Thursday, August 28, 2014 I am asking for the name and phone # that our Network Operations Team can call/contact when we have experienced an outage/incident involving a circuit that has been procured from your company by General Motors. This # / contact will be called at the start of an outage/incident by our on call NOC to engage your company in resolving an issue with an installed and active circuit. Please provide this information directly back to myself via email reply and I will update our documentation. Timely turn around will aid us both in resolving issues more quickly.
