Global Bank Transfer Terms and Conditions

Your use of the Global Bank Transfer services (“Services”) offered by Payoneer Inc. ("Payoneer ", "us", "our" or "we ") is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, along with all policies and disclaimers provided herein (collectively, the "Terms"). “You" means the person or entity making a global bank transfer payment by using the Services or to whom a payment is made by using the Services, as provided for in this Agreement. Access to and use of the Services is subject to your acceptance of the Terms. Notice of changes to these Terms will be given on the Payoneer website (under ‘My Account’). By continuing to use the Services you acknowledge that you indicate your acceptance to be bound by the Terms. The Terms are effective as of January 14, 2014.
Payment Information, Payment Terms, Acknowledgements and Warranties
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only, and subject to the United States Uniform Commercial Code;
If you are a natural person, you must be at least 18 years old (or older if that is required by the country in which you are domiciled), to register for the Services;
You must be a valid, verified bank account holder in good standing. You may receive a global bank transfer payment to a bank account you designate, which bank may be located in any country, except those sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Payoneer may update and amend the list of countries supported hereunder from time to time at Payoneer’s sole discretion. You may only register ONE bank account per currency.
You must first apply for this Service; Payoneer reserves the right to determine whether to approve your application at Payoneer’s sole discretion. Payoneer may ask you to provide additional information with respect to the source of the funds and/or any other information which may be required under Payoneer’s Know Your Customer policy or under any applicable law or regulation. In the event that Payoneer decides to reject your application, Payoneer will notify you of such application denial as well as the reasons for such denial in reasonable detail;
Payoneer reserves the right to reject or limit payments under this service at any time at Payoneer’s sole discretion. Payments can be rejected for any reason, including but not limited to reasons related to compliance with Payoneer’s Anti-Money Laundering program or risk management. When rejecting a payment Payoneer will be under no obligation to disclose the reason for the rejection.
You agree that you will be solely responsible for accurately entering bank account information and payment instructions to Payoneer. Failure to provide Payoneer with accurate payment information shall be your sole responsibility. In the event that Payoneer receives inaccurate payment information which is later rejected, you shall be charged payment rejection fees which may be deducted from your current payment or any future payments;
Funds held by Payoneer do not constitute deposits and shall not accrue interest or other earnings;
Payoneer will make a payment to your bank account in the currency and in the amount you have selected, less any applicable fees. Any bank processing fees, landing fees, currency exchange fees or intermediary fees which may be charged by your bank or any other bank not directly associated with Payoneer or the Service are not Payoneer’s responsibility, and Payoneer shall not be liable for such fees; Additionally, Payoneer will not be held responsible for any third-party fees incurred in connection with payments that are rejected through no fault of Payoneer.
You will not be able to refund or charge-back funds transferred into your bank account;
The entity which pays you funds by using the Services may, on demand, provide Payoneer with any information it holds on you or with respect to any person who is or will be the beneficiary of a payment from such entity, provided that such information is requested for money laundering/know your client or other legal or regulatory purposes. We may request additional information about you or the nature of payment at any time. In case such information is not provided, Payoneer may suspend the Services;
Payoneer, a counterparty financial institution or any regulatory, governmental, legal or other law enforcement authority or agency (“Entity”) shall be entitled to withhold funds or to pay money to a third party at any time if Payoneer or any Entity has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity, including without limitation money laundering, or if Payoneer or any Entity reasonably considers it is required to do so under any Regulation, or at the direction of any regulatory or other competent authority.
