As you are aware we have been looking for a buyer for our business in Koh Samui. Unfortunately we haven't been able to secure a deal on a sale, a result of poor sales which we've been experiencing in the territory for quite some time.
We have been looking at our options, and come to a decision that we can no longer continue to sustain a business which is consistently making a loss and need to close the operation down.
We are aiming to close down at the end of February so that we can provide our staff and customers with prior notice. We will of course ensure our outstanding invoices are paid, and I would appreciate confirmation that our security deposit will be returned once the printers have been returned.
As you can appreciate this is a delicate matter so I would appreciate that this information is kept confidential between Surat Icon and Konica Minolta. I'll will be informing our staff and head office but this news needs to come from us, hence please do not share.

I can confirm the final day of operation will be 22nd February 2016. Please can you Apologies to mess you around but I would like to change the date to 29th February. We will continue operations up to 28th February in order to fulfill our orders with customers so please can you arrange for printer collection on Monday 29th.
