A friend, an experienced skier, coaxed me into getting off the bunny hill and try the next hill. Unfortunately it was already dark and the hill was very icy. He didn't tell me where I needed to go and instead of helping me went off somewhere else and I was left on my own. Instead of following the hill right towards the bunny hill, I went left towards the expert hill... Most lights and the lifts were off. I can only assume that area was closed. Anyways... icy hill, beginner and going straight down, down, down without the ability to control where I was going. I totally freaked out and about 3/4 down the hill, I was heading towards the large cement lift pillar. My reaction was, luckily, to try sitting down. I missed the pillar by about 5cm. My expert friend tried to catch up to me. It took him almost 2 minutes... I have no idea how fast I was going, I don't even want to know. I am just thankful I am alive
