My accounts is suspended for the 3rd time and this time it's not re-activated after my appeal. The previous 2 times I was suspended due to a malicious seller kicking everyone out his listing that was selling generic product accusing everyone selling counterfeit. Amazon investigated and re-activate my account.
This time was very surprising to me. I was late a few days in responding to a notification about me shipping to Amazon wrong product (I only do FBA). After that I got the account suspended notification. Oh, yes, prior to that I have a couple of policy warning notifications for lightning cables. Amazon blocked all these listings and I also created removal orders to remove all the cables. However, I also sent in some more cables to a couple of these closed listings. These cables were shipped before I got the notifications about cables are not allowed and listings were blocked.
I don't know if I am suspended because they think I'm still sending in cables to blocked listing or because i was a few days late in responding to my shipping mixed up? They only said I'm selling counterfeit product but not telling my which one of my listing is in violation. My appeal to them said that I am only selling generic product and I'm sorry if was late in responding to the other email about I shipped wrong product to one of my listing.
I am really confused about why I am suspended. I have over 6000 items still in the inventory. I've only been selling for over 3 months here and Amazon already shut me down for good and I don't even know why. Yes, I know it's counterfeit product but I sell under other's listing so whatever have been selling there before. I don't carry any product that has any logo on it or fake logo. I only sell generic product.
I've done that one appeal. Is there any way for me to do a 2nd appeal? Any chance at all for me to get back to sell here?
