Binding mode of Certonardosterol D5 (30) at Bcl-2 active site Certonardosterol D5 (30) generated the top ranked pose (sorted by Rerank Score of MVD from 50 poses) with a pose energy of 111.149 (kcal/mol) has shown six hydrogen bond interactions with Tyr16, Tyr 19, Lys20, Gln149, Gln23, and Ser22 of Bcl-2 cavity (Fig. 5a). The hydrogen bonding energy was 1.83 (kcal/mol) and the total interaction energy of the pose with the target is 133.56 (kcal/mol).
