Another question is how the flow experience will scale up to handle real instructional designs. We have as yet to gain experience of the flow experience in real instructional design projects and so quite how this will work out is an empirical question. However, flow experience is presented here as a key perspective that captures self-initiated curiosity and interests to be worthy of attention in designing new learning activities. Practitioners, as well as researchers, should thus embrace the notion of learning experiences, for a better understanding of the important values that mobile learning can provide.
