Supervision of day to day activities of the factory ISO 9001:2008.
•Control and update internal and external document to center file
•Review new document issued or receive of document center, Distribute the update document to distribution list and update document check list
•Data preparation for customer requirement
•Supervision activity ISO system plan and report to QMR approved communicate to all department
•Internal and external audit year plan
•Leader to internal audit and process audit
•Arrange the Management review to update key issue and follow up on action plan
•Monitor the key performance indicator (KPI’s) and communicate the reports throughout the organization.
•Coordinate with external audit (CB) for surveillance
Supervise and control all admin and HR fuctions including manpower planning, training, employee relations and office facility.
- Conduct introduction and orientation programs to newly recruit employees to get to know work culture of company.
- Assure compliance with all labor laws, wage and hour, and equal opportunity as well as other employee-related requirements.
- Ensure proper compulsory reports to officials in relation to all personnel activities.
- Provide advise, support, and guidance to line manager by recommending consistent and appropriate actions in accordance with company's policies and government laws and regulations
