I don't think we can do an exchange for this one na krub since we aren't getting any products back. Also we will be getting the payment twice and will need to be able to track them.
I believe this has to be dealt with similar to DHL case by placing an order under Alpha@pomelofashion.com and have the delivery address be the customer's address.
