detection systems.
Table 2 shows the figures of merit for FIA-FAAS and TS-FFAAS
detection systems. To determine total metal concentration,
the samples were digested in microwave oven. The obtained
results were 34.0 mg g−1 and 0.20 mg g−1 for iron and cadmium,
respectively. To adsorption studies, suspensions were prepared and
introduced in the system; results are presented in the isotherms.
Fig. 3 shows a record of signals for cadmium and iron, where good
precision of readings can be seen. The analytical frequencies for
iron and cadmium were 144 and 60 readings h−1, respectively.
