The data will help to make better assumptions about which issues are potentially most important in identifying student satisfaction. There is now a basis for building a framework to facilitate further study on a longer term basis, for an affirmative response to research question number 2: “Can a list be made of these issues and the issues categorized to assist in the further study of student satisfaction?” The categories for the model are Academic Standards, Learning Environment, Student Ability, Peer Relations, Services, and Campus & Facilities. The acquisition of new data will later allow the addition, removal, or rewording of some of these categories.
