Anatomopathologically, chronic tonsillitis can be
described like this: focal tonsillitis, hypertrophic or
scleroatrophic cazeous cryptic tonsillitis as recurrent
forms, and simple hypertrophic tonsillitis soft form in
children and hard form in adults [6].
Starting from this dates in the present study we
suggested to investigate some histological and
immunohistochemical changes of the lymphoid tissue
and amygdalian stroma in patients diagnosed with
chronic amygdalitis who needed amygdalectomy
