LCV patients, who had long term history
of active disease (more than 6 months) and
resistant to conventional therapy. Photochemo-
therapy (PUVA) is a combination of
psoralen (P) and long-wave ultraviolet radiation
(UVA). There were studies used PUVA to
treat pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis
acuta, livedo reticularis and livedoid vasculitis,
pityriasis lichenoides14 and lymphomatoid
papulosis. In all of these conditions, there
were evidence of LCV in histopathological findings
and had good result with PUVA treatment.
