Responsibilities:
• Lead the campaign and analytics infrastructure team to ensure the overall campaign execution and tracking meeting the expected campaign plan and improvements have been executed properly.
• Design and manage Campaign Management System, and ensuring the alignment with other related IT systems
• Assess data need in Campaign Data Mart and manage data enhancement to meet Campaign Users need to launch campaign
• Oversee campaign execution process to all cross-sell channels; Branch, ATM, KOL, Call Center, Telesales, etc., and ensure effective integration across all channels
• Closely work with Campaign Management section to manage on-going campaign performance tracking mechanism to be up-to-date and effective
• Closely work with Customer Analytics team to identify the quality dataset required to support the analytics projects.
• Review campaign and analytic related data usage, and organize commonly used datasets to improve efficiency in campaign launch
• Work with IT team to ensure scalable infrastructure to support campaign and analytic activities at optimal performance level, identify enhancement required, and support on all issue resolution
