2.8. Toasting time
The toasting time for pound cake baked with microwaves, was obtained comparing the color of the crust of the pound cake (obtained with the power and time obtained as the optimal from the response surface methodology analysis) toasted for 1:30, 3:30, 5:30, and 7:30 min at 200 C, with the color pound cake baked in the conventional oven using a Color Reader CR-10 Tristimulus with a standard illuminant D65 and 10 observer (Konica Minolta Sensing, Inc. Sakai-ku, Sakai, Osaka, JAPAN).
