Good morning the directors, teachers and students
Every twenty-fifth of December is Christmas Day. Christmas Day is one of the significant religious events in Christianity. It was the birth of Jesus Christ.
Students, learning English as the faculty, should learn and share the differences of foreign cultures. According to the “Basic Education Curriculum”, the Foreign Language Department is holding Christmas event on this day so as to allow students to see the atmosphere of Christmas Day, to attend the activities on Christmas, to participate in a different religious holiday, to know the history of Christmas and to compete in English skills.
There are various interesting activities set for students as follow;
Objectives:
1. To enable students to understand the history of Christmas
2. To allow students to showcase their talents during the festive season
3. To celebrate on Christmas day.
Activities of student works to keep students learn about the history and significance of Christmas. To make students develop English language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and to see the benefits of language learning, as well as learn the culture of the owners of English.
