We were just notified by Concur that there was an email corruption issue within their system and any invoices submitted between August 6-12 did not make it into our Concur system and they cannot retrieve any of those emails.
They provided us a list of emails they received. Your email address came up on that list.
Can I please ask that you resend any invoices sent to Russell.invoice@concur.com on any of those dates?
