According to the company work rules about personal leave(CHAPTER 3 HOLIDAYS AND LEAVE)
Item 3.2.13 page 17-18 “The Company may provide paid leave in cases where leave is necessary to attend to urgent personal matters which are unable to be planned around holidays. Examples of such matters may include marriage of the employee’s son/daughter, severe illness or death of the employee’s family member namely parents, spouse and offspring. The Company may request for evidence for consideration as deemed appropriate.”
