Thank you so much for your support for having the ceremony with Satit Chula. We had a meeting with PR team in Japan last night for discussing the agenda of this ceremony. The agenda seemed great thanks to your efforts. However, based on their experience, they would like to alter the agenda a little. Please find the attached file for altered agenda.
Since they immediately have to ask some of major Japanese press to join the ceremony, they would like to fix the agenda today. I hate to rush you, but could you please look over the agenda and give us FSBT’s opinion as soon as possible? The followings are some points they mentioned in the meeting.
- Who is the main audience of this ceremony? If this ceremony is mainly for the press, the ceremony seems to be too long. Since this kind of ceremony should usually be within one hour in Japan, they would like to shorten the agenda as much as possible. If the ceremony is mainly for Sait CU, FSBT and FJ, and the press is just come and see it as they like, it could be all right if the ceremony is for two hours. Since we aren’t quite sure whether two hours ceremony is too long for the press in Thai or not, please give us FSBT’s opinion. We will follow it.
- Since five minutes seems too short to explain about this project in the session “Learning Project of Tomorrow program and the cooperation between the school by bringing Information technology in order to apply for teaching and learning”, we would like to extend it to 20min. Instead of it, “Video presentation and system demonstration” is being included into this session since delivering this after having some sessions by Satit CU seems
- Q&A session need more time for the press.
- We should close the ceremony once before having lunch since the press cannot join it.
- We need to prepare not only Japanese to Thai translation for the sessions by Fujitsu but also Thai to Japanese translation for the sessions by CU, Satit CU, and PTA since some Japanese press would join the ceremony. This also means that the contents of those sessions need to be short as we should expect some translation time.
If you have a question, please don’t hesitate to ask us.
