• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer and shareholders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external organizations and shareholders.
• Strong background in generating report; monthly, quarterly and annually, including cash flow, annual closing, annual auditing, and annual financial statement report.
• Forecast and track key accounts.
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Interact and coordinate strategies with sales and customer service team
members that are working on the same assigned accounts
• Set financial budgets with both the client and the company
• Prepare reports demonstrating quarterly sales, annual forecasts, account statuses, and other valuable metrics data.
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Supervise the account team assigned to a particular clients/ projects at the company.
