1. Job Purpose / วัตถุประสงค์หลักของตำแหน่งงาน
Provide professional support, training and consulting to the Distributions to be able to achieve acquisition target. Improve Distribution’s productivity by working closely with distribution sales force & team to align with Product direction and achieve the bottom line target
2. Major Accountabilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
1.Coach and Monitor
- Coach and Monitor quality of Branch Sales support Contact center team.
- Support and Monitor quality of Reject, Cancel Loan reactivate applications.
2. Provide technical advice and respond general inquiries through telephone calls and emails
3. Coordinate with related department to facilitate application work flow process
4. Assist branch to solve sales problems or related issues and improve productivity in respond area
5. Coaching and follow up to ensure the efficiency of Sales
6. Consult, follow up and challenge cases
7. Monitor and follow-up the CSR’s productivity through the related reports to ensure that they can reach the target
8. Coordinate with Branch & underwriting team to appeal cases
- Receive appeal case inquiry from branches
- Send the case to analyst to re-consider
- Inform the result to branch in case of decline
9. Access customer’s data including NCB related and strictly control to not leverage the information to the third parties
- Be able to access the customer data including credit information to credit bureau for the purpose of appealing the loan application
- To ensure that the credit information obtained for appealing the loan application will not be released to other staff not responsible for credit approval and customer
10. Communicate and update new product / program/ criteria
11. Enhance product knowledge and improve sales skill through branch visit & training
12. Get feedback and maintain good relationship with branch
คุณสมบัติ
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in any field
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Bank Business or related industry.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience at Sales Support.
4. Knowledge about Banking Product, Policy, Sales Process.
5. Analytic skills, systematic thinking, Service mind, Customer oriented, Excellent negotiation, Good inter-personal skill with good team spirit, Basic PC skill.
