Assist MD by performing all the responsibilities given.
Greet and guide visitors, organize and maintain diaries and make appointment. Produce documents,
briefing papers, reports and presentations. Operate client’s database and information as key account.
Organize and attend meetings and ensure the MD is well prepared. Regularly stand in for the MD,
making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence.
Translate real estate business proposal, trends, and investment for example,
Condominium, Hosing Projects, Hotel & Resort, etc. Manage, fill and update all stock inventory. Doing
land survey and acquisition including project research, coordinating with developers. Study law and
conditions related in purchasing and selling real estate products (Residences, Condo, Land) along with
legal for construction. Negotiate and coordinate with brokers, landlord for good conditions and contact
as long as close deal according to the orders. Well prepare of concerning documents: Contract,
Agreement, Banking and Financial.
