Sales Manager
1 Participate with staff committee and all Directors and Managers, being proactive in sales responsibilities.
2 Easily find solutions, set new targets, is transparent, and communicates clearly.
3 Develops his/her skills and abilities in full transparency and broad communication with in the group.
4 Sells the process / product to dealers at the beginning, determines and animates pilots.
5 Provides intensive training to dealers staff on the sales tool / quotation tool in IT and on paper
6 Build relationships of trust with the dealers while effectively developing and strong bond between the dealers and our group.
