Qualifications:
Male/Female, Age between 35-40 years
Master Degree on related field, Knowledge of IT, Banking Solution and Manage Service area is advantaged.
5 -8 years sales experience will be an advantage.
Pleasant and outgoing personality.
Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.
Consultative selling skills, Negotiation skills, Knowledge of IS business, Knowledge of Solution.
Successfully led / managed complex solution or multiyear services deal (TCV > 10M USD)
Effective communication with customer level executives at major financial institutes.
Able to communicate new service opportunities and special Software Solution Developments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Handle customer complaints.
MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience is required.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products.
