Brazil's Forestry Commission was given $200,000 to allow this movie to be made there. The movie company even had tons of garbage removed from two small villages, which also cost a lot of money. Martin (Conway), a young Australian professional who is fed up with his life goes in search of new experiences. He decides to live in a small village rather than in the noisy city. When Martin has his hair cut, he learns from the barber that there is a secret paradise hidden in the jungle. He finds the place and sadly realizes that it is not all he hoped it would be.
The production and script are fantastic. Conway's acting is outstanding and he is well supported by a mostly unknown cast.
