My question is
1-once we disassembly the Motor GNA160 for test it follow your comment . Is it still have warrantee ?
2-untill Today we never use this motor …can you postpone warrantee for customer .. ?
3-can you pay ..a testing cost of the motor …I will sent the special work shop. ? ( 500-600USD)
4-Customer ..asking why The new Motor must test it again ? do you test it before ship to us ? pls show your a test report to a customer ?
5-why the previous Motor can use it. The New one can’t use it . even I did switch it 2 time in a same working process and same connecting cable (see my explanation on below email ) ?
6-customer willing to change a new Motor , can we do ?
I understand this customer are not importance same as a Big OEM customer alike ENGEL ,HEIDENBERG ,MAN ROLAND . Then many hi position person Of BM will follow up this a matter . but I think all customer are importance too.
7- and the payment term ,of this bill . from me to BMR also will have problem if we can’t close this matter in asap .
8- can we try to install again ? , and sent a vdo real time to you . or real time call you. ?
But we must confirm to a customer , it will not make any effect to his controller ?
