I have set appointment wt khun Aoy Finance and khun Su for her performance evaluation and objective on Friday 5th Feb,so we will have more documents for her responsibilities and see how much she can do for us as acting as her position ka.
I do believe that paying staff for resign might not good direction for other staffs as they will see as example and might lead them to follow poor performance way. By non acting but get 3times paid. And finally find new find job.
Would be great if we could talk to her on Friday and figure out what is the best way to handle this case. I strongly believe in khun Aoy that she would like to set her team to perform their tasks according to assigned responsibilities and accomplish department tasks and support others in hotel.
