Please give them a brief explanation about the purpose of my visit, or "HR HEALTH CHECK".
The main points I would like to hear or discuss with them are;
(1) Do you recognize "Unhealthy Parts" in company HR System?
If yes, what are they?
(2) In addition to HR System itself, do you see any issues , problems or concerns about HR related matters which are considered to prevent you to increase your profit or to enhance your earnings power?
If yes, what are they?
(3) Do you have any requests to your management, KDS or KDJ in relation to HR in order to enhance your earning power?
(4) Please tell us your constructive opinion or suggestion to improve the company HR if any.
If possible, I want the staff to prepare a simple and brief memo for the meeting as far as they can.
If it takes time or difficult, no need but If they could prepare it, it would help me very much.

Now I am trying to book my flights but facing the difficulty because the agent says the flights are very tight especially for the flights from TOK to SPR and from SPR to TOK.
