This refers to your participation of Goldilocks Thailand with the Philippine Embassy booth in the 61st annual YWCA International Charity Bazaar to be held at Central World Live Hall & Zen Gallery, 8th floor, from 28 to 30 November 2014.
Due to changes in the lay out of activities for this year’s YWCA bazaar which led to the lessening of space for the booths, please be informed that the Embassy will be given only three booths which will be shared with the three Philippine companies based in Thailand. Unlike last year’s participation where you were given your own booth, your space will be smaller for this year's bazaar. The Embassy is still waiting for the manual from YWCA and will inform you later of the division of space among all the participants in the given booths.
In the meeting held on 10 September 2014, I wish to share with you the following relevant information that were given:
1. Each booth is size 2 x 3 meters with one chair, a trash can and 2 units of socket. Participating company can bring your own décor and chairs. However, should you need additional furniture, utility and electrical needs, please order them at your expense by filling out the attached forms and to return the same to me soonest for submission to YWCA. Since we do not yet have the location of our booths, the Embassy will submit your request under the name of the Philippine Embassy booth.
2. There will be a stage for cultural performances inside the Hall thus reducing the number of booths inside the Hall. Additional booths will be set up outside the big Hall as well as the Zen Event Gallery.
3. Set up of booth is scheduled on 24 to 27 November 2014 and dismantle of booth is on 30 November 2014. More information on the schedule of set will be given later.
4. The grand opening of the bazaar is on 28 November 2014 and its schedule will be given later. Once again, the Embassy will be asking for your support in preparing a gift basket of your products to be given to HRH Princess Soamsawali.
5. The donation of prizes for the raffle and selling of raffle tickets were taken up. Like last year participation, the Embassy would like to request for your cooperation in donating prizes for the raffle. Please fill out the attached Donation Reply Form for Raffles and return to the Embassy soonest for submission to YWCA. In the form kindly indicate the name of your company/Philippine Embassy. The Embassy would greatly appreciate your support in donating for the raffle prize such as gift baskets of the products of your company.
The Embassy will furnish you of updates once received from YWCA. May I request for the name, together with telephone or mobile numbers and email address, of the contact person who will be in charge in coordinating your company’s participation in the bazaar. For better coordination, it would be appreciated if the contact person could understand and speak English as most of the form of communication are in English.
