A previous work has shown a high long-time
stability (31 days) of a biosensor based on the co-culture of D.
hansenii VKM Y-2482, A. adeninivorans VGI (78)-6 and P. angusta
VKM Y-2518. However, the long-term stability can be due to the
high survival rate of only two or one of the yeasts used. For this
reason, it appeared to be important to study the species stability
of the microorganisms in the co-cultures formed.
