Fear is something that we all have. Yet, we are not aware of our own deepest fear that drives us to act in certain way.
I have many times challenged myself to face my fear. Like this one time that I went for a retreat in the cemetry for the whole night with nothing but a flash light and a mat. I sat in front of a coffin with a corpse for several hours. All my senses went crazy for at least the beggining 15 minutes or so. The smell of corpses, the sound of crickets and other all sorts of insects, the wind or the lack of, and the touch from all the mosquitos around, were all part of a training. The training that when one came out would realized that there is no greater fear than the fear inside yourself, a thought we all made up to be what we call "fear"
