ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 TO MANPOWER SUPPLY CONTRACT

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Client: BANGKOK TAIYO SPRINGS CO., LTD.
Provider: Innosys Co., Ltd.
1.1 Hours per Month Hourly and overtime rates will be pro-rated based on 240 working hours per month.
HOURS PER MONTH is the figure used to calculated hourly regular and overtime rates. Straight time rate is calculated by dividing the monthly employee wage by this amount.
1.2 Workweek: 08.00 -17.00 Monday – Friday ( 1 Hour lunch break (8 hrs.) )
1.3 Pay Period: 30 Day
1.4 Regular Overtime Multiplier = 1.5
REGULAR OVERTIME means time worked:
1) Within the normal workweek specified above and not on a holiday.
2) Outside of normal hours.
3) Totalling less time than the normal hours for that day as specified above
The hourly rate for this type of overtime will be computed by dividing the monthly wage of the employee by hours per month (above) multiplied by the Regular Overtime Multiplier.
1.5 Holiday Work-time multiplier = 1
HOLIDAY WORK TIME means:
Work on any day not specified above in the normal workweek or on a Client observed public holiday as specified in a holiday calendar to be supplied annually by the client, but within the hours specified above.
The hourly rate for this type of overtime will be computed by dividing the monthly wage of the employee by hours per month (above) multiplied by the Hourly work time multiplier.
1.6 Holiday OT multiplier = 3
HOLIDAY OVERTIME means:
1) Work on any day not specified above in the normal workweek or on a Client observed public holiday as specified in a holiday calendar to be supplied annually by the client.
AND
2) In excess of normal hours as specified above.
The hourly rate for this type of overtime will be computed by dividing the monthly wage of the employee by hours per month (above) multiplied by the Hourly work time multiplier.
