To assess whether plant micronutrient concentrations increased
or decreased in response to AM fungi, we calculated the number
of measurements greater or less than the nonmycorrhizal control
value for each nutrient. We then used a Chi square test to determine
whether there was a difference between the number of pots where
AM fungi (as a whole) increased or decreased shoot micronutrient
