I am extremely upset by the incompetence of your service support team not to have performed the resetting of the “role permission” back to normal. You must realize that we are extremely concerned that such confidential and sensitive information was made available for many to see.
May I remind you that the “role permission” can only be changed with a written approval of the system owner which in this case is our Director of Human Resources, Khun Siriluk Mangkalarangsri. Failure to do so, this resulted in non-compliance with Starwood guidelines and another incident of this nature will not be taken to lightly.
Please provide written instruction to your Eagle technology service team that a repeat of such incident cannot be tolerated.
