there is a very big difference between breakfast in Thai culture and in western in Thailand the first meal of day is exactly the same as the other two meals Thai people eat a dish of rice or noodles with meat vegetables chilies and curry just the same as at lunch or dinner in the west there are complelely different foods to eat in the morning in general the foods to eat for breakfast are very plain
cereal-such as cornflakes mixed with fruit and milk
coffee or tea orange juice tomato juice etc fried potatoes
fruit-strawberries melon grapefruit etc sometimes mixed with yogurt ham and eggs bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs
oatmeal-oats mixed in hot water
pancakes or waffles a mixture of flour eggs and sugar fried in a pan
pastry-a kind of bread that is very sweet similar to cake
toast- bread which is warmed in the oven to a brown color
