According to Nonaka’s process model of a knowledge-based firm (Nonaka, Toyama, & Hirata, 2008) it is very important that organizations will adopt critical decisions based on data analysis rather than relying on their employees’ heads. In other words, sometimes it is more important to explore the hidden knowledge in an organization’s data and transform it into an explicit knowledge to improve the decision making process rather than relying on experience or rule of thumbs. Concerning the discussed study the quality of the educational process is very important.
