As shown in Fig. 5 and Table 4, the main components of FAME
are palmitic acid methyl ester (37.5 wt.%), oleic acid methyl ester
(38.7 wt.%), and linoleic methyl ester (13.1 wt.%), which are in accordance
with that of the major cooking oils used in the restaurants in
China (palm oil and soybean oil).
