The content of the RCP plan is function of duration and size of the project. In Order to prepare the RCP, the contractor must perform with the Ordering Party an initial joint inspection of the workplace to identify risks associated with potential simultaneous activities. A new joint inspection is required in case of a change in activity. The RCP is prepared by the Contractor.
