As dessert it can be used as “pudding chia seeds.” Mix the seeds with coconut milk, add coconut or maybe walnuts, blueberries, apples, cocoa or cranberry. Make a mix by your choice and for your own taste. Leave it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and you will be faced with great meal.
