Responsibilities:
To provide implementation and customer service to CMS customers.
To install Electronic Banking systems in customers’ offices successfully and to ensure that the system is operational.
To provide training and after sales service to customers either on-site or in-office so that the customers are able to use Electronic Banking Services.
To ensure that the customers are able to use CMS system to deliver transactions to the bank.
To ensure customer satisfaction and retain the customer SMBC customer base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
Age between 20-25 years old.
At least 0-3 years of experience in Cash Management or IT fields.
Good command both spoken and written English /Japanese.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
