On age: highest number of eight participants or 38.09% belonged to the 28 - 32 years level; and 38-42 years level; three participants or 14.28% in the 33-37 years level; and two participants or 9.52% in the 43-47 years level.
On sex: thirteen or 61.90% of the twenty-one participants were males, and eight or 38.09% were females.
On marital status: thirteen participants or 61.90% were married; seven participants or 38.09% were single and one participant or 4.76% was divorced.
On degree attainment: fifteen participants or 71.43% finished master’s degree, and five participants or 23.81% were bachelor degree and one participant or 4.76% was a doctoral degree.
On position: five participants or 23.81% for two categories as officer and researcher; three participants or 14.28% for one categories as extensionist; two participants or 9.52% for two categories as counsultor and deputy director; one participant or 4.76% for four categories as agricultural engineering, agronomist, university professor and manager.
On religion: six participants or 28.57% were Muslim; another five participants or 23.81% were Christianity and Islamism; three participants or 14.28% was a Buddhism. one participant or 4.76% was Hinduism and Agnosticism.
