Responsibility:
- Receive call from customers.
- Providing information to customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and solving problems of customers concerning product and service via the telephone.
- Provide an information to Expat clients.
- Actively respond to the customer’s request.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, age between 22-30 years.
- Having at least 1 years experience in call center.
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Good interpersonal skill, good service mind and able to work as a team.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Able to work in shift or overtime.
- Must be fluent in English speaking will be more advantage.**
