Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sourcing talent candidates from various channels i.e. Facebook, Linked In
• Responsible for screening, recruiting and selecting applicants through employment process according to the company
• Provides primary administration and logistic support to recruiter for recruitment-related work or/and activities in the Staffing team
• Supports recruiter in maintaining and generating reports/data
• Any other ad-hoc support in Staffing function as per assigned
Qualification/Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Strong communication skill with fluency in both spoken and written English. TOEIC score 600 or above is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Meticulous, independent, motivated, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Prior HR experience in a MNC manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Working hour is: Monday - Friday at 08:00am -05:00pm
