Methods: After a preliminary study which was conducted to collect the popular mobile phone operating system (OS) that participants used. Program SMACC was developed for clients to plan healthy meals and PA. Eighteen participants, recruited from a selected bank, were assigned to use this program for 3 months.Body weight, BMI, waist circumference, body fat, blood pressure, 3 day dietary intake and PA of the subjects were assessed before and after using the developed program. In addition, their satisfaction of the program was also evaluated.
