Perceptive Stride
It suppresses anxiety for sure. I felt total relaxed, sort of like a muscle relaxer, and breathing was much easier. The first minute or so I felt a little more social, but was not around anyone to test. Only lasted one minute sadly, but I would defo use this for panic attacks and general anxiety. Anyone have reccommendations for videos that increase your drive/motivation to be social instead of suppressing anxiety? Thanks :)

+Michael Parnell Hello John. Apparently many rock stars or celebrities listen to these kind of thing before they go on stage, as many still get very nervous before performing other than the use of drugs. Elvis was very nervous before performing and needed to use drugs no matter how many times he performed. Barbara Streisand meditated before going on stage to relax her nerves. Im with you as well as interviews and speeches almost made me so nervous to almost vomit.

+John Rupees Well actually its a yes and no. This will enable you to feel less stressed in social situations. But you need to engage in social situation for this to work! Example: Interviews used to make me shake like a leaf but after listening to so binural beats like this one and ones for calming I found interaction in that setting easier and very natural. I prefer to think of myself as a recovering antisocialite.

OMG! This really works. I just listened to this before a public presentation and I was flawless!! This new science needs more attention and needs to be more public! Thank you!
